Ethel, my onw year Barred Rock SICK chest puffy, and now can't stand up.

I separated her from the flock, plenty of food, and water with antibiotics and vitamins. Gotten worse and now laying on her side. I thought she was dead as I took some yogurt and olive oil to her...picked her up and she LOVES IT, surprised me and ate a good bit!!!! Held her awhile and put her back in pen. SHe tried to stand, but fell over. BREAKS my heart, does anyone know what I can do for her???? I regularly give them corn as treat, and their food. They all free range except the banty's.??????
