Sudden drooling, not lethargic

Need advice -- today's temperature is 100°. I have 3 broody hens -- they have a fan. Two came off the nest for a bit, but I saw one drooling. Her crop is empty. I've brought her into the house. What should I do for her, for all of them?

Sometimes water can come back up if they drink a lot of water at once, could this be what happened?

Is her Beak overgrown? When that happened to my Rooster he was drooling and not eating enough.
