EuroChook Saying Heya

That was the most entertaining introduction I've read in a while. Welcome, and make yourself at home!
Oh I very glad :D And thank you very much. How I love psalm 91, by the way. I heard a story one time of how a preacher was called out to a home said to be inhabited by an evil presence. When he arrived he felt something menacing. Well his trembling hand just flipped the Bible open (to anywhere, anything, God-willing)--and there was Psalm 91.

Welcome to BYC. You are way too deep for me. I'm just a country grandma who loves bigs flocks. Oh yeah, and I have a country grandpa-your prose almost made me forget about him.
Aw I am very honored, and thank you very much. There's everything beautiful in simplicity. Country has its own strength of character, never to be underestimated. I remember childhood, my sister and I sometimes staying with my aunt in the countryside, and rambling through abandoned apple orchards, looking up through clusters of pale green leaves to measure the height of the sun. And when autumn arrived how the brook would turn glassy and gold, colored like a long lost postcard. I envy you. :) Country is paradise raw and true. I have long been tired of the insularity and narcissism of the cities I have lived in.

Dear new friends, I intend to answer each welcome message--after all, you took the time and so I am glad to as well. But for now, time with its limits bearing down on me, please accept a very humble thank you to all of you, as I skip out (not literally) for now because you have made me feel as welcome as I feel. Thank you :)

What an entrance! So entrancing! Welcome! Wilkommen! Bonjour!

Yes, we share friendship and chicken stories (well all stories as long as they are fowl? No, all stories are welcome.) Keep going with your dating profile. We can offer pointers. As far as living next to a cemetery, some people will mind. Some people won't. It really is mind over matter. If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.

I will have the Beach Boys serenading me all day with "Good Vibrations".
Oh, my my, what a sensation
Oh, my my, what elation

Thank you most for having me and keine Ursache und, en Francais, bonjour a toi , et j'espere que tu vas tres bien ! :)

This really does seem like a great place to be (hehe fowl stories!) Oh the dating profile, my little foray into tragi-comedy, ah! But how I do like pointers. I intend to decamp from this apartment at first opportunity, it will be a lily-pad hop to something far more satisfying, (as much as I have already grown fond of unseen hands rattling chains, and the murmurs of misty apparitions). hehe mind over matter! "What is mind? Never matter. What is matter? Never mind!" (I think goes a line or two borrowed from out there somewhere :) ).

"I don't know where but she sends me there." Indeed, and may I send you good vibes and a warm thank you :)
