I looked them up on Feather Site and they are cool, but not quite the same as the Marraduna. They are Auto Sexing but they are cold hardy. Marraduna a Heat Hardy. They do fine in the cold, but really shine in the heat.Anyone ever hear of a Bielefelder?
The roos look a lot like an EO to me.
Very pretty I love the barring on the hens as wellI looked them up on Feather Site and they are cool, but not quite the same as the Marraduna. They are Auto Sexing but they are cold hardy. Marraduna a Heat Hardy. They do fine in the cold, but really shine in the heat.
They are great looking and seem like they would be good Dual Purpose chickens. I would not try them where I live because of the heat. Are there any in America? They have only been around since the 1970s in Germany.

Quote: They are very nice looking. If Green Fire imports them, they will be the next big thing. I try to wait a year or two after that to get them for a reasonable price.
Other than the Rhodebars, these look like they are Auto Sexing with great utility.
oh I love them ..so close! I am getting so jealous of all the chicks and chickens...still waiI looked them up on Feather Site and they are cool, but not quite the same as the Marraduna.
