Thanks for the replies. I'm going to try to keep 2 roos, as long as they don't fight, probably #2 and 3, because I like their coloring. I'm pleased that roo 3 is catching up in growth. He hatched late, didn't move after hatching for 24 hours. I had to keep him separate at first, as he was so tiny, but now you can hardly tell.
Brownie, on the other hand, is really big! So glad I got 3 girls. Past experience has always been heavy on roosters. I had other shipped eggs, and only one Marans and one Blue Wheaten Ameraucana hatched out, and they appear to be girls too!
My darker round-shaped Basque girl is so different looking from the others, and will not let me near her, but she definitely came out of a Basque egg.
