Mine hatched Easter, no eggs or crowing yet

Mine are also the Easter hatch and one has been crowing for a couple of weeks. Another started today, although his first attempt was hard to describe as "crowing".

No eggs here yet (they are only 15 weeks), but some pink faces coming.

I did a quick check at another place and one person had them start laying at 19 weeks. Another person was at 21 weeks with not eggs but that was in October.

I expect mine will start laying in late august or Early Sept. The faces are getting redder but the combs and wattles are still small.

No crowing yet.

Mine are right at 16wks old, my 4 roosters 2 have started crowing just this past weeks...No eggs from my hens yet!!!

I had one EO start to crow at 19 weeks, but my others have not started and they are now 20 weeks. We saw one cover a pullet today.
My one pullet is 25 weeks old and the other is 20 weeks neither is laying yet. 24 - 28 weeks I think is normal.

If the Roosters are covering the pullets, you should have an egg within a week or so.

The Cockerels are crowing!

Well at least one of them. I was awakened at a bit after 6:00 by the pitiful funny sounding crow of a 15 week old cockerel.

Our EO's hatched on May 16, and one of the little roosters is already starting to make a very bad attempt to crow.
