Truthfully, my hubby took getting gray/white hair harder than I did! I feel I have earned every one of them and in the past few months they have multiplied greatly from trying to raise Colton to graduation!

I agree, we definitely earn them! I think Colton owes you a truck load of hair dye from this year alone

Maybe we need to pay more attention to the pics she posts to see if it is them or the cabin. It would be interesting to know and really cool if it were her parents watching over her!

Hello everyone! I am away for 2 days and you add 25 pages to our thread. Eeek! I'm glad that a couple of you recapped recent news.

As for this part:

Roz is building a wildlife habitat in her back yard and garage! Lol!

Mwahaha. Not quite yet. At least, not in the backyard...

Hmmm. Unless we're saying my aviary is in the backyard. I do have to enter it from the patio. The button quail live in there. It's actually a completely enclosed room. (Bird room, art studio, you name it. It would work for it. For the people who lived here for 50 years it was a changing room for the pool. Like I'm giving a whole room to THAT purpose!)

I've only been in this house for a year, so I haven't had time to create much wildlife habitat yet. I "did" just pick the last raspberries for the year, though.​

Lindsie should come home today. That will mean him wanting to take trips over to see her and more worrying about him being on the roads.

He is also trying to get a cold or something. He didn't feel very good yesterday. I told him to take something and when he objected, I reminded him he didn't need to be carrying any of it to Lindsie's, so that he listened to and rested most of the day before the game. I haven't heard from him this morning to see how he is feeling.

Today would have been his first official day without football practice and he had been looking forward to getting caught up on his woodcutting jobs. I can imagine he is pretty bummed about that. I did volunteer to help more with it, but I don't think they are quite ready to give me (or Des) chainsaw lessons!
