Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

I have seen them twice. The first time was when I was 8 months pregnant with Colton. Not a choice time, but we don't get the opportunity often. That is when I decided I had to be carrying a boy, he didn't enjoy it or let me enjoy it at all! I went again a few years ago with my sis.

As long as Raymond will talk about it, I think it will be okay and more than likely good for him. It is hard enough with Colton dealing with the wreck he was in, I feel for Raymond after all he has went through!

Colton is getting along pretty good although he moped around Saturday whining about how bored he is because he can't do anything. He was bored. Saturdays are his busy days. He spent most of the day with Lindsie Friday and Sunday.

I got quite a bit done on the kitchen, but not enough for pics yet. I picked up the paint last night at Lowe's and picked out several different things I would like to have. I am thinking of replacing my stainless steel sink. What does everyone have for their sink and do they like it? We also got a new shower head. It felt wonderful this morning! Oh, and the colors we want for the living room jumped out at us, so we brought home the samples so we wouldn't forget what it was!

I hate stainless steel sinks. I replaced it with one that came with my corian counter tops. And I LOVE it. On my kitchen I did in the house I lived in prior to meeting my DH, I used a white sink that was not cast iron, they use this type in a lot of new construction. I really like it, it wasn't ceramic either -- It was a molded plastic, that held up great.

Missouri? Cool. My sis lives there and it has our closest Wal Mart and the bowling alley and is only about 20 miles away so we travel it frequently!

Sounds like you had a fun weekend. I did a bit of housework, worked on a garden bed, bought some stuff at the Swapmeet & a couple of thrift shops, and goofed off a bit. Didn't get enough housework done, but ya know what? There will be plenty of time for that when it's COLD outside...

Was it acrylic?

Yes -- And I really liked it. Easy to clean, held up real well -- although I was only in the house for 2 years after doing the kitchen.

I looked at the acrylic and I think that is what I am going to go with. I hate the stainless steel too, our water is terrible and it leaves it looking dirty all the time. Do I want the double sinks the same size or do I want to go to a big one/smaller one?

My first sink was both sides were the same size, it only cost me 80 bucks. On a budget so I went with it, my current sink (the corion) is One large sink with a small sink -- I really like this. the large sink I have room for big pots the small sink is great for cleaning vegies and stuff like that.
