Grandview. It's about 15-20 minutes north of here. She has emailed me back again and says they are discussing it.

The weather service said the storm has the potential to bring travel to a halt over much of Kansas and Missouri Tuesday through early Wednesday.

I don't know about you, but I'm ready to stay inside!

I also heard that they are urging everyone in the KC area to stay home tomorrow unless it is absolutely necessary to get out. If it all pans out, it will be a doozie!! Good thing you have your handy dandy phone so you can still join us!

We have already have tons of cancellations coming in for tomorrow for just the anticipation. Good news is, those are ones I won't have to take in the morning! (no schools yet though)

From the news reports I have been reading I am surprised its not just a madhouse, but sure panic up that way. I just hope you all keep your power on. I am sending prayers up for you all and hope it slides right through without any problems.
