Maybe 30, but not 10! Destiny and I are going to work on this together and we all need to help each other out. I start out really well, but then I let go again.

I also want to start weaning myself off smoking. I have been thinking about it for quite a while, I don't know why I just don't give them up. Used to be I didn't want to, but lately I actually want to. We will see what the new year brings!

Yes we just need to do it--When I tried to quit I actually lost weight because I carried around a ziplock bag full of carrots and celery to munch on instead of crap!
 
Good morning everyone! Today is a day off for hubby so we have some errands planned in town. So I won't be on too much today but wanted to check in and say HI!!

I am with you girls on the weight loss. As you know I was frustrated on friday and now I am PMS ing! So this weekend I did not work out AND I ate crap! So now I need to quit feeling sorry for myself and get back on track. I read in a magazine that people who eat 2 eggs for breakfast lose weight faster that those who don't. Well he** thats easy for us right! They can be fried(with no fat spray) hard boiled even scrambled with low fat cheese or veggies. Lets try to help each other with this. I would like to lose 20, but my first goal is 5. Baby steps!!

Michelle I am glad you got to hibernate all weekend, feels good doesn't it! Raymond stayed in town friday night so we let him bring home the brothers he stayed with. So we had a house full Saturday night. They are good kids though and weren't any trouble. Kenny did have to send them to bed at 3 AM!! He got up because he couldn't sleep and they were still playing the Wii!!

I had better get ready to go to town. He is going to come in here and find me "talking" to you and I am going to be in big trouble !

Never have. At my old job I had to be there at 5 am and then went to nights, so I never had time. I could get up a bit earlier now that I don't have to be here until 8, but I don't. I could also keep something here, but I don't. Okay, I just need to get my act together and get serious!

First, I need to wean back off the mountain dew and crank up the water. I shutter to think the calories I put on with all that pop in my system. Besides, I actually do feel better when I lay off it. That and the sweet tea! Then on to exercising. Maybe I will feel so good I won't want to smoke anymore!

I'm with you, I hibernated and ate all weekend long! Along with alternating between the Wii and putting together another puzzle. What a life! That was my last Saturday to sleep in for 10 weeks. Starting this weekend I have to work the phones for our radio auctions from 8am -1pm.

Rice cakes? Ummm, no. Baby steps, don't kill me! Maybe some peanuts, plain animal crackers, something along that line. Sometimes just chewing on a straw will get me by. Wouldn't that be nice?

no peanuts-very fattening...organic almonds that have NOT been processed--15 of them for a snack and packed with protein keeps you going until a regular meal... love yah:)
