I'm just not sure you can beat a .38 for carrying .. they make a lady .38 even. They are small, easy to carry, and are accurate enough if you need it. They aren't real accurate at long distance, but in a situation you usually only need to shoot less than 8 feet.

Anything smaller and you don't have enough power and virtually NO accuracy ..

Just my humble ol' opinion.

I shoot a revolver so there is a little bit of pull with the trigger, unless you cock the hammer first..
