I absolutely agree! I have heard they are older parents, she has much older brothers. I asked him one time what her neck looks like and he responded with "oh, she doesn't have any. Her dad already said he would kill me if she does!" I was stunned and said "what about your parents? Do their threats not count at all?"

I have noticed with older parents they put ALOT more trust in the teens than they should because when they were kids "they didnt do those things at such an early age" thats exactly how kids get into and stay on drugs-get pregnant-flunk out of school-the older generation of parents -not us -older-( typically that I have seen) all act like thier kids can do no wrong and put very serious life situations in the inexperienced hands of their children-thinking they will make the right decision.

No Des your worry is warrented for sure-Im sure Colton is the smart boy who would not purposely put himself in that situation-but her ??She sounds like she would do it out of stupidty to keep him or control him...It happens Ive seen it soo many times it sad My heart goes out for all those who get "trapped" in that situation. Keep talking to him Des..It will sink in but be his buddy big sis too-he needs you with that broomhilda near him!

I agree with everything Nat. This is his first girlfriend so he is "new" to the whole game. I try to talk to him as much as I can, but I think the best thing for him right now is to hear it from Destiny. I think she can get through to him as long as she refrains from such phrases as "she needs to go."

It needs to be his idea, but I think she can help him see that none of this is normal.

so he quit texting her and as we were pulling into the driveway she texted him again

That's all I got. But answer me this: Is she done OR is she not? I'm getting mixed signals lol

I don't think Des could do that on her own, but I bet she could with a little bit of help! I think Freddie would love to assist her in that!
