Oh, and I always do my weigh-ins on Fridays b/c I know that if I use my Flex Points it will be on the weekend and I want to know what I weight before that!

Ok .. I've already lost weight .. I guess not feeling good over the weekend wasn't all bad.

I'm 166.5

I'd like to target 130 .. but I don't think that is realistic at my age .. so I'll settle for 140

At my old age, I am setting the goal at 150, but will settle for anything I can leave behind. I will weigh in again on Friday morning to get on track.

*off to get some Diet Mountain Dew to start the weaning process. Better pick up another case of water too!*

I agree. Baby steps for now. You don't want to set it too high and be disappointed when you don't reach it. We just have to get serious again about our exercise and diet. I know we can do it girls!
