Seriously at this point I don't know what to say to him anymore. I really think he needs to learn on his own, but it is really hard for me.

You are probably right. I know how hard it would be for me to just sit by and watch, and I'm sure its the same for you. Truthfully though there is only so much we can say or do. They really do need to figure it out on their own, just like we did. I really wish I would have realised my parents really did know what they were talking about, would have saved me a lot of heart ache and a lot of wasted time and emotion. Hind sight is 20/20 and someday he will realize just how smart you are. In the meantime, you just come to us

That is a neat way to figue it out though, thanks for the link.

Thanks for setting us straight on the coffee thing. I called hubby this morning and told him about the 4 points a cup. I told him there was no way I could do that, or I owuld die, or without my caffeine someone else could die

What do you think about my yogurt? It didn't seem to fit in any category for sure.

The best way is to calculate the points using the info on the package. That way you'll know for sure.

I also found this one that tells you nutrition facts for popular restaurants and then you can put it into the calculator and find out your points that way too!
