I still can't get that picture sent to you. I don't know what the deal is. Des tried to send it too, did you ever get it?
Like I told you, we got a new dryer Saturday. Mine has had issues and has been hanging on by a prayer so hubby finally took time to look at it Saturday. He drug it out to the garage, tore it apart, found the problem, but in small town USA it is hard to find parts, so it had to be ordered. Therefore, Saturday morning, laundry piled, raining and no dryer. We decided to search for a good used one but again, small town USA so we got an inexpensive new one at Lowe's. Came home, installed it, he went back out to the old one and did something to it, put it back together and it works.
The bright side is that now I will have 2 and get my laundry done faster than I used to. We spent the rest of the afternoon (after Mizzou football) watching movies. We saw Last Song, Date Night, Letters to Juliet and Killers. They were all really good.
Sunday was lazier, filled with football. I finally had a good night at bowling and then a trip to Wal Mart to buy out the store for senior supper for Thursday!
No!
Tell me what I m missing, maybe I can just use my imagination!!
Your new dryer got Kenny and I talking about how handy 2 dryers would be
Sadly my "laundry room" is a hallway-backdoor entry way between the kitchen and our bedroom. I really know what you mean about small town USA. The closest place like Lowes (we have home depot) is an hour away, in the city. On Sundays here you have a grocery store, a Cenex co-op (gas station/convenience store/auto needs/etc) and oh wait, thats it! If its Sunday, and you need it, tough!!
I haven't seen any of those movies. They are all ones I want to see though. Especially Killers!! Did you hear the rumor that Ashton cheated on Demi
We spent all day in the city on friday. We had tires put on, bought groceries and went to lunch with SIL, the kids and her friend. They should know by now if they are moving to Korea but haven't heard yet. Raymond stayed in town with grandma friday due to the game. Poor kids lost both games this weekend. They have not one once this year.
Someone put a For Sale sign in Coaches front yard. He is a super nice man and has gone out of his way to make Raymond a part of this team. Some people....
Anyway (Roz I don't want to make you more jealous so don't listen
) we ended up spending 4 hours in the hot tub that night. We drank wine and visited, had a very nice time
AND yes I know wine is 1 point per ounce
Saturday we painted the bathroom! I love it and so does Raymond. My inlaws and Kenny weren't to fond of it but he told his Dad if she likes it I am fine with it! It completely changed the look! I need to hang the decorations still, then I will take pics for you.
My hubby has threatened that in the past couple of years!! During the parade Friday I gained more respect for our coach. He embarrassed Colton and it was so funny!
I have a love/hate thing for the guy, but no matter what, I must admit he is one hot guy. Always has been and probably always will be!
It will be nice to have 2 dryers, but I haven't figured out where the second one will go either. Right now it is in the garage, but I don't think he will let me leave it there permanently. I am hoping to knock down/move some walls in the utility room eventually.
Killers was good, but I really liked Letters to Juliet the best. I also enjoyed Last Song (sad chick flick) and Date Night was hilarious!
Waiting for pics...
I will try to send that one more time today and if it doesn't go, I will see if I have one on my camera to post.
