You are right NY! He is SO much taller than I and just keeps growing! Last night he wanted a hug (yes he still asks, Mom can I have a hug

Just got back from the vet. Pepsi is still under weight, has worms and a viral infection.He is also running a fever. She wormed him, again(I have done it with otc and it wasn't working) gave him an antibiotic and put him on a appetite stimulant. Now he gets to take a nap and I get to pay bills!!

Good Tuesday morning girls!

Little cloudy here this morning. DH is home but working in the shop on a secret project, so I am not allowed out there!

I got a load of laundry on the line, dishwasher is running and the floor is scrubbed. Now... breakfast, I am starving!

Updates of the day - Pepsi is still sick
We lost the game last night, but it was pretty close.

We did win last night 13-0. Our running back hurt his ankle, so that is really going to hurt the team, but hopefully he will be okay. Hubby saw him before he went to the ER and said it didn't look good. We already have several injured and he is really going to be missed on the team. We didn't look all that good last night, but the other team just couldn't get it together either.

I hope Pepsi is feeling better soon. Thunder is in the "dog house". I decided to let him out without his leash Sunday. Hubby was right in the front yard with us. I got the goat food, went in the pen, Thunder is still there, Bella and I fussed a few minutes over her having her head in my bucket, turned around and he was gone! I have no idea how he got away so quick! Jumped in the van, and he was at the neighbor's house. As soon as he saw us, he knew he was in trouble. He also got his first bath that evening and daddy wouldn't let him have any treats. I think it scared hubby more than it did me. Don't tell him I told you because he will deny it, but he is pretty attached to that darned dog just like the rest of us! Miss Bella is also in trouble. She is getting worse about head butting Betsy (the turkey) out of the feeding pan. Betsy thinks she has to be in the middle of it and now that she is getting bigger, the girls can't eat around her so Bella just pushes her out of the way. I don't blame her, but I explained that will hurt her if she keeps it up. Bailey is the baby, so Bella lets her eat and she just ignores all the fighting. Trying to keep peace at my house with all the livestock is a full time job. If I ever go in the yard and it is quiet, it scares me to death! I did mention that we don't actually have a farm, didn't I? Just many pens statically placed around the yard. Neighbors are used to it!

Good Morning! I was so excited last night! It was all I could do to wait to tell everyone today. I got a call from Hewlett Packard last night. I sent the CEO of the company an email last Thurs or Fri. To make a long story short, they are going to fix my laptop! No charges to me!!!

They are sending me a postage paid box to send it in and are going to replace the motherboard and fix whatever else is wrong!!! What a relief.

What secret project, Chickenchick? Any clues? Don't you love the smell of laundry dried by the sun?!!

Michelle..I have been thinking about getting a turkey or 2. Do they hang with the peeps or are they independent?

Where's NY? (Oh, there you are!)

Coyote update..DH saw him last night but he was too far away. All of my peeps were present and accounted for when I got home yesterday.

Wow! We are having great things happen. Computer getting fixed, cabin going well, hubby working up a surprise...Except for Pepsi still being sick.

Turkeys--I love them! The rest of the flock live in harmony with the chickens in one of the coops (I think we have 3 others), but Betsy had a bad leg when she was younger (not sure what happened to her). Lived in the garage for a while, outgrew her crate and ran loose in there for a few weeks, then hubby just decided to put her in with the goats and she has been there since. We thought we were going to lose her in the beginning, she could hardly stand on it so we had her up on the bench in a carrier, Destiny didn't get it latched good and she fell about 4 foot, but she has bounced back and it doesn't bother her much at all anymore except sometimes when she walks her leg will just go out from underneath her. I do worry about when she gets larger that it will be harder to carry the weight, but I guess we just keep her happy for now. It is so cute to hear her noises when I bring the food out and she eats goat grain and drinks water out of a bucket right along with the girls.

Tonna and I are hosting a Pampered Chef party tonight, so I will probably skip out early to get ready for it. I have to go home and chore and then head up to her house. It is also my mom's birthday and she will be coming over.

NY congrats on the Horseshoe win!! I haven't played that in years! The last time was when I was pregnant with DS and my sister yelled at me and told me you can't play HS while you are pregnant! But I was winning

Charmed that is great news about your computer! See the squeaky wheel gets the grease. I am so proud of you for sticking up for your rights!!


As far as the surprise project, I think it may have something to do with my birthday......................

The only time I do have some waiting for me is if someone's commenting on one of my threads or something.
