Good morning all!

NY yep only 39! Raymond was a preemie, oh yea , you guys know that, wait you know everything about me!

So anyway.. I had preeclampsia toxemia (sp) and the DR then said I had a good chance of it happening again, but it has been 15 years and maybe they know how to recognize it and manage it better now. Then again, I am 15 years older

!!

What is everyone's plans today? I have a little cleaning to do, then I plan on trying to be a little crafty, making my treat list (I send boxes of hm goodies to out of state family every year) for my goodie boxes and reading my book! Oh and I suppose I better clean the bedroom too.

Thanks for telling me a bit about yourselves. It might take me a little bit, but I will eventually remember who everyone is! It is fun getting to know everyone!

We had a pretty good Thanksgiving here, only one near train-wreck, not a total one, so that is always good for our family! haaa

I am now getting eggs! Did I mention that yet? We have 15 Rhoadies, and I am getting one or two eggs a day. Do you think this is normal? Maybe because of the time of year? These are my first layers ever. The eggs are not large.

I had such fun reading the disability/caregiver closed thread. So I had better not mention that I am a disabled diabetic. ROFL!!

Chickenchick- I wish you were near, you could have ate with us!!

And exciting on the thoughts of a new little one!!

Good Morning Everyone! It sounds like everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and so did I! Yes, I shopped Friday, spent the rest of the weekend catching up on my sleep!

Where to start to catch up...Ah, the fried turkey. It is a hit around here! Fill that baby with Italian dressing and I have to beat people away while I carve it! We haven't done that for a while. I will have to talk to hubby about that.

We rented Up Saturday night. It was pretty good. Much better than My Sister's Keeper, which really disappointed me!

I had toxemia with Destiny, was told the same thing. 3 years later I had Colton, no problem and at 8 lb 1 oz! So, there ya go! I can still produce, but hubby can't, so it would be a little awkward to have another at this point!

Got the tree decorated, took pics, but forgot the camera at home! Found some really neat MU decorations at Penney's, but resisted buying them. Did anyone see the big MU-KU game Saturday? I almost had a heart attack, but we pulled it out (barely) at the end! Destiny and I were

and high fiving and Thunder was barking and jumping, you would have thought we won the championship or something. I am surprised charmed didn't hear us down there!

No, We didn't go to the game, but we were parked in front of the TV. Our defense sucked, so we just lucked out winning (I hate to admit it). It should have never got that close to begin with. Now, waiting to see what bowl game is bestowed upon us. You probably did hear us! We got Thunder a little stuffed football with a squeaker in it, blue and white. I told him when I gave it to him that it was KU colors so he could do what he wanted with it. Every time we got excited he did too and by the end of the game he had stuffing hanging off his mouth! It was hilarious to watch him! Hubby gone? Party at your house?

We ended up with a star on the top of the tree, I will try to remember my camera so I can upload the pics and show how it turned out. My husband got a kick out of what you said about it too and told me he could picture me doing something like that!

If she has a baby, we will be Aunts!

Which means we will have to go visit! Mom let us test the new TomToms she got us for Christmas Friday. I was like "Mom, this is the coolest toy you ever got me!" I can put all you guys in my favorites in hopes of visiting one of these days! My sister won't have children, and I have been dying to be a real Aunt!! I even have a gift picked out. Watching TV last night I saw the Hallmark commercial where you can record your voice reading a book. That way the little darling will know me before I even get there to visit! Destiny and I love the idea, but have no one to do that for. And of course, the Mizzou stuff for him/her is endless! They have the cutest little cheerleading outfit...
