Ever feel lonely when you dont have any PM's waiting for you?

I am still here (for a bit). Silly girl, expecting to lose 20 pounds in 5 days. Geesh, Don't you know it will take around 7 days?

Is it still snowing? How much so far?

Did I tell you we also had to completely rearrange our living room for the Wii? And we now have 2 TVs side by side so we can watch TV and play at the same time? What else is there to do when your nose hairs freeze as soon as you leave the house anyway?

When I get home I am going to help Colton put out more straw for all the animals. It hasn't been too long ago, but they are going to need all the warmth we can give them!

Sounds like a good plan to me! Raymond would love the idea of 2 TVs in the living room! It has been lightly snowing all day but has just added a "skiff" on the pickup. It is still 20 degrees so I won't complain too much.

We got all the Christmas crap put away yesterday! That always makes it seem so clean in here. I love it! I decided one of the shelving units that we took out for the tree didn't have to come back in , yet

It opens it up a little for me to Wii too!

We bought Thunder a styling jacket last night at Orschelin's. Actually 2 because we argued over size. Jimmie and Destiny said large, I said extra large. Guess who won?

He absolutely was not impressed when I put it on, but I let him out in it anyway and he asked Destiny to take it off for him. When his daddy got home he put it back on him and the darned dog slept in it last night!

We also moved Henry the guinea pig into the house last night. He has a nice big custom built cage where he stays in the garage, but we decided it was just too cold for him out there. He didn't know what to think about being in and getting all the attention since Des is usually the only one who handles him, but I think he will get used to it! He is so darned lovable and cuddly! Thunder is still trying to figure out what that furry creature is!

Good Morning!

Well we got snow during the night and it is still snowing. Hubby says it is only 2 inches, sure looks like more to me, but what do I know! Thats really cool about your wall. How is all the remodeling coming along? We are doing some work in our bathroom soon. We are in the planning phase right now.

Two of our cats have vet appointments this afternoon. If it keeps snowing I may just reschedule. I am a chicken when it comes to driving in alot of snow.

Oh the other night after a few glasses of wine hubby said. "Lets see what ebay has for rooster stuff".

Well he ended up buying some really cool stuff! I will post some pics from ebay in a while. When all the emails from ebay and paypal started coming in the next day, he said I can't let him "drunk click" anymore!!

Well, we'll see about that!

I am looking forward to seeing what rooster stuff you got! Our remodel is on hold until warmer weather and when we can agree on everything. He tries to make it much more difficult than what it is, so I haven't been pushing lately. The back half of the house is done, except for part of my flooring. That includes the bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and my new linen closet. We still have the whole front half, except the front door has already been moved, which helped out a lot with more space in the living room.

I guess the good news is that it will temporarily warm up while it is snowing, but sounds pretty wicked afterwards! But, I will be sure to tell Destiny (who decided to stay home out of the cold today) you are not happy with her and she better watch out!

thanks for the congrats. So one day she laid in the 9-10am and the next day at 2-2:30pm.. so I figure she is laying every 28 hours or so. Unfortunately today the 28th hour falls at around 6pm which is already night in my neck of the woods. So I am figuring she will not lay today and wait until Wed to lay her next egg.

prove me wrong Hilda. But I am anxious for the other girls to start laying as well, so far they don't even go and lay on the nest. I have one nest for the 3 girls should I build them one more nest?

So yeah I am super happy that Hilda is laying and I still have to go and get her that layer feed, she is still running on green grass and whatever bugs she can find and the regular grow mash. I figure so far that has been good because her eggs are super clean and strong. I don't want to introduce a new food and mess up her cycle. Here's hoping that those of you stuck in snow will soon be given relief. In my neck of the woods I am already wearing a jacket and a beanie when it is in the high 50's low 60's.
