I didn't think last night's show was that good at all. Of course, Casey could still sing the phone book and I would still swoon over him! We weren't impressed with Aaron either and Big Mike just has to go. We really liked him in the beginning, but he has just turned awful! We really like Lee and Tim has really grown on us. I think they are way too hard on Siobhan, she has some "mad vocals" to use Randy's words. We voted for all 5 last night (Big Mike and Crystal excluded) I got in 205 texts for each and Des did close to 200.

My very educated guess would be, umm,

I just came back from the barn and Matty was hanging out! I was a little disappointed he wouldn't come up to me

But he knows I love him and would nurse him back to health again if I had to, right?

Happy Wednesday! How is everyone today? I actually went home and planted my garden last night! Got everything in except the stuff I'm planting from seeds. If the rain holds off, maybe tonight. What are you all planting this year??

We are hoping it is either Aaron or Big Mike. I think Aaron is a pretty good singer, but at his age he won't last long, just another teen idol that will disappear in a few years. I would like for him to wait awhile before starting his career. Tim is improving, Mike is going backward, I would like to see Mike go first. Besides, Vote for the Worst is doing their darnedest to keep Tim in and apparently it is working! We voted quite a bit for him over the weeks too just because I don't think the judges ever gave him a chance. Lee is really coming into his own and I would like to see him hang in until the end with Casey. I think Crystal is a big cry baby and no matter what she does, the judges will love her. Siobhan on the other hand, they slam her anymore regardless of how good she is. I think she has gotten out of her groove the past few weeks, but at least doesn't do the screaming like Crystal does.

Matty is probably embarrassed that "mommy" came to check on him in front of all his buddies. Just like our teen boys, he loves you and is grateful. He just doesn't want everyone to know it! Are you sure he didn't give you at least a slight wink when you saw him?

As far as I know, they haven't caught him yet. The course is being given by the YMCA in Chillicothe. It was originally for women over 60, but they didn't get enough signed up for it, so Des, sis and I are going to go. It is a 3 hour course, so watch out everyone!!

He had him last year for MD too. He says he did not but Raymond even remembers it! But I digress..... I am excited to get it all planted. I am going to plant a little in one of my flower beds here after lunch. We are spose to get rain the next few days too.

BTW Kenny must like the Mac salad. He had some for a snack last night and I see he had some for breakfast! I was planning on serving it for supper but I may just make Potato soup and save the salad for tomorrow so he isn't tired of it. Then again if he likes it that much there may not be any for supper if I wait until tomorrow!! I am baking Peanut Butter Cookies right now.

You are probably right about Matty! Teen boys are funny! Raymond won't hug me in front of his friends but he will tell me he loves me!!

I agree about Mike. I was really impressed with him at first but it seems his performances have been sort of stale. I think Siobhan does not get the credit she deserves . Kenny really doesn't like her at all. But I admire the way she goes against the grain and has her own look. I don't think she will win but she IS VERY talented.

Defense course!! I so admire all the things you and Des do together. You will have to fill us in on what you learned. I think it would be empowering. I hope you enjoy it.

Just talked to my MIL. They had a good time in WA. They returned last night. She said their house is way to busy for her taste. Both of the boys are in Hockey which is the reason they went. The oldest is going to college in the Fall so my inlaws wanted to see the Grandsons play a game or two before they were done for good. They are always breaking a bone or dislocating something! But they love it
