Oh well, we used to camp every year, but somehow Kennys schedule got messed up and he works this weekend. Today is his Birthday. I plan on making him a cheese cake this morning sometime. I think I already told you this but I got him a Coleman Road trip BBQ grill. Raymond and I gave it to him wed night.


Raymond has an eye DR appointment after school so I will be heading to town this afternoon, a little early. I need to pick up a couple things for Kennys Bday supper. Hopefully he gets home somewhat early.

HI all-been very busy with chickenstock and traveling then recooping-the trip made me sick?? Something like that..I had pukies.I guess I dont trvel well as I age LOL...

Have a meeting with a new bankruptcy lawyer thursday-This is 3rd one This time I hope it sticks and can help us. we had too much baggage for the others to handle I guess:-( I havent read through the 50+ pages of posts since I last posted so I apologize I will try and catch up this weekend . Tomorrow I am actually taking some quiet time to lay out in sun for a few hours-supposed to be 75+ about time! Hope everyone is doing well and have a super duper holiday!!

Yesterday was Kennys birthday so I baked my very first from scratch New York Cheesecake. I think it was a tad dry but he liked it! Raymond stayed in town and Kenny is at work so I am all by my lonesome today. The sun hasn't shone in a week, but I see a little hint of blue sky

I plan on baking something to put in the freezer for our upcoming camping trip and I think I will put the movie Titanic on the TV

Kenny says thanks for the Bday wishes. He is just itching to use that new BBQ but this is the first day it hasn't rained since he got it. Maybe he will cook supper on it

Is anyone going to be watching Americas Got Talent? It starts tuesday. I figure if I watch it I won't miss Idol AS much!

Hi Girls! I miss everyone!! We were hoping to be back home tomorrow, but my step-dad's brother in law died in Indiana, so I guess Destiny and I are driving them out there. We are taking care of things at the station tonight, going back over to Mom's in a bit. Tomorrow we are going to finish putting the kitchen back together, laundry, tie up things at Mom's, leave Tuesday morning, funeral Wednesday, come back Thursday. It is in Southern Indiana about 20 minutes from Louisville Kentucky. I am scared to death to drive, but I know they can't go on their own and it may be the last trip they make. They haven't seen his sister for several years, she is older than he is, so I know it is important for them to go. Keep us in your prayers and we will keep in touch.

Brandi is on 98% oxygen, when she hits 100, she has chosen to be put on a ventilator, but the doctor says for only 2 days and he will remove it. The family is down there with her and it is only a matter of very precious time before she goes. Tonna is back from taking the girls down there and we did get to see her for a little bit tonight for supper. They really need your prayers much more than I do.

Thunder is being a handful for Jimmie, so I am not even running home while I am over here. He said he would bring him over to visit me while he comes over tomorrow so we can spend some time together. I miss that stupid dog like crazy! Walter the duck is thriving and enjoying being pampered by grandma. Colton has promised to take super good care of him (along with everyone else) while we are gone. He will come back from Mom's tomorrow or when we leave Tuesday.

Michelle....I am soooo sorry about Brandi. Everyone is in my prayers. And while you are taking care of everyone as you always do, I dont want you to forget about taking care of you. And also, I will warn all my friends in Indiana and Kentucky to remain off the streets this week while you are there! Lol!

I am at Dad's today but Sis is home too so we are going to check the cemetery and see what else has been brought and going to the store. I'll check in later! Hope everyone is having a good day!
