Tiffany, I've partly identified the problem. It seems to be a conflict between the most recent version of Mozilla Firefox and Blogger. I'm a dedicated Mozilla user because it's more secure than IE. Plus, I have a wonderful SPELL CHECK that works easily on all sites with Mozilla.

I was able to load the comments boxes when I pulled up your blogs in IE8.

Another possibility hit me as I was reloading the page here. We have an extra security program that loads when we use Mozilla. It keeps sites -- including Google -- from collecting data about our internet usage. This includes things like what the LAST page you visited was, and what the next page you visit is. This program does not work in Internet Explorer. I'll almost guarantee this is the source of the problem, since Blogger is owned by Google.

That's okay. When I want to comment, I can always switch to IE now that I know it will work there.
