Just a quick hello! I've had a busy weekend and crazy busy Monday. I might finally get to slow down a little on Thursday, whew...

Just wanted to pop in and say Hi. The baby birds are growing like crazy. I popped some Coturnix eggs into my incubator today, so we'll see how this second attempt (with the now repaired incubator) goes. The only way it can go worse than last time is if the eggs explode or the chicks are mutants...or maybe if they are all boys!

I loved that joke too. I have heard it before but it always makes me laugh! It reminds me of a story Destiny told her Dad one day when she was much younger.

Good morning! We are off to the city to do our payday shopping. I also plan on getting the paint for Raymonds bathroom. Thanks to your expert advice I am going with a medium, not to dark green to compliment the shower curtain. Bonus: green is Raymonds favorite color

We had storms blow through last night. We got almost 2 inches of rain, wind, lightning and thunder. I found out why later. The Chiefs actually won and it was on Monday Night Football! Miracles never cease!!

When they didn't make the touchdown at the end, Destiny and I very carefully went out to the garage to check on him. He had settled down, he was already convinced their head was still up their butt and weren't going to win before it even happened.

FYI--All 4 of us had losing teams to start off week 1 of the NFL season!
