Ummm, now that you mention it, it was right around Christmas that we took him to the vet as a last ditch effort to "rehab" him. I wanted her to tell me he had arthritis or something to explain his behavior, but instead she just told me he has always been a grumpy old dog! In his defense, he did only rip the top layer of skin off the finger, but it sure did bleed like nobody's business and looked nasty!! It was hubby's middle finger also, so believe me, he shows it to me often!

You did it again!!! I almost spit coffee on the key board!


Kenny is making jerky, it smells soooo good in here!

Listen to it once in a while. Sometimes you get lucky and it is a remake of an old song we know! Do you know how long I had to argue with Destiny that Brittney Spears did not sing the original "I Love Rock and Roll"?? I even told her, "put another dime in the juke box baby?" Really? Inflation dear!! Also that that Emerson Drive did not do "Fishin' in the Dark"! How about Uncle Kracker doing "Drift Away"? There are many and I never cease to amaze her when I know one!

We have chickens, 2 turkeys, 4 guineas, 2 geese, 4 ducks (and babies on the way), 3 goats, 3 dogs (one indoor), tons of cats, a fish tank, a guinea pig and 3 turtles already! Did I miss anything??
