AHAHHA my husband is on the phone to our cable provider and they said it would take TWENTY days to fix it and he said "I hope you don't expect me to PAY for those 20 days?" and she put him on hold and came back and said, "Okay we're sending you to our advanced team instead to fix it now." haahaha WOW.
