I think my problem is comfort. I toss and turn because either my back starts hurting or my hip aches.... Nat..do you think I'd sleep better with a tan?

nope I was right melatonin all natural non addictive-throw a aleeve on top of that before beddy time and off to lala land Im the same way Charmed my hips hurt at times and I toss and turn like I am 9 months preggers again-that was the only time I had ever been that uncomfortable!

good morning. another beautiful day. slept like an angle last night. sorry hear you had a sleepless night. mom and i both put those memory foam toppers on our beds and they are awesome. my sister got a temperpedic and even more amazing.

not sure what the day will bring today. have to head back home. can't wait to see my dogs and chickens. hope it's sunny and pretty there. i want to get outside and work around the house. or just get outside and enjoy the fresh air.
