Salmon patties, i just love them. I use a can of salmon, eggs, flour and corn meal. I had a friend who would do it with tuna too. Just haven't ever got up the nerve to try it.

I used to only use tuna befor it got so expensive and still called them salmon patties! lol

I am back home and have been made completely safe now. 3 and a half hours worth of annoying government training.
