I worked a 20-hr shift yesterday, came home and slept about 5 hours, now going to feed the animals, take a shower, and head in for a 16-hr shift. I need a new job.

On a positive note, my mom "kidnapped" Wyatt and took him over to St. Pete for the weekend to visit her sisters, so at least I didn't have to have him during my 8 hours off in between shifts.

Oh, and I want everyone's opinion on a possible job/business venture. A friend I went to vet school with and another girl that was a year ahead of me in school started up their own business which they've invited me to join. Moooooorning.

I spent all day yesterday antiquing and wine tasting through the Granite Belt. I brought back home some gorgeous dark chocolate port, a 1950s Culinary Instute Encyclopaedia, giant bags of fruit, and Tchaikovski LPs for my non-existant record player.

I feel so snooty! hahaha.

It is almost 60!! All the snow is melted and it is a lake around our place. Really sloppy! I am not complaining one bit though. Kina smells like chicken poop though

My husband and I don't really believe in Valentine's Day and we never celebrated it but we made these super fancy reservations anyway because we thought it would be funny to go all out anyway. He asked me if we could cancel. Why am I so sad? It's not like we celebrate it really... but.

We don't have $ or time for fancy vacations but we vowed to always spend a couple of days , just the two of us on our at least around our Anniversary. We have found a cozy little cabin retreat that we spend 2 days at every year. This year we have decided to make it 3. AND its coming up very soon
