The lay offs have stopped for now? I think

Still very hard to walk around without being asked or my office being the main hub bub for talk hate it-so I havent been in my office very much in the last few days!!!

Mid 70's here today.

My brother is flying in tonight to shoot a short film in Houston over the weekend.. I get him for 24 hours ..

My girls are excited .. to them, he is just "Uncle Pat" ...

My mom wondered why I wasn't going to "take him to work and show him off" ...

I replied "Mom, maybe that's why Pat likes coming out here .. he can be "just Pat" ..

Remember these guys from back in September?

They were the eggs I hatched after Shiner Bock was killed? They are EExSalmon Faverolles Three of them were pullets: Ziegenbock, Amber Bock, and Shiner Blonde.

One of them (I think Amber) layed a little olive egg yesterday ..

I.JUST.ABOUT.PEED.MY.PANTS ...

How can one little egg get a person soooooo excited??? (especially when it's one of TEN eggs yesterday) I even called my parents in Florida to tell them ....................

It IS stressful .. DH works in corporate america .. and there is ALWAYS the threat of layoffs .. hate it!

Not been updated in a while .. he's an actor/singer/writer/producer .. mostly theatre.

My parents like to introduce him like this:

"This is my son, Patrick, he's a broadway actor, do you want him to sing you something??"

LOL.

I think I was the ONLY family member that has EVER invited him to my WEDDING and not asked him so sing something. He was just "my brother" .. attending my wedding.

We're pretty close.
