Morning my peeps. hope you are all doing well.

Linda made it through surgery, rough one, but that part is over. she will get the news on Friday whether it's radiation or a mastectomy. We are praying for radiation therapy.

Me, well, I got half my voice. Everyone tells you to follow your heart, take care of number one, be true to yourself. It's all easy to say but actually doing it, especially after you have been the person who has always put others before you, it's really hard. when half of you is saying work it out and the other half is saying run as fast as you can. I have never been at such a turning point in my life. I feel like such a wimp, but I envision myself as a very strong woman. It's crazy.


Nat a perennial swap -- how much fun is that -- so wish i would of gotten on it. I got out of swaps when all my "stuff" started happening. I need to go check them out again. It was always so much fun giving something to someone you didn't even know.

I've been on both sides. I stayed and worked it out...and I ran as fast as I could. The grass isn't always greener but the pastures are sure nice for a while!

( sorry thought I'd add a wee bit of humor) I wish I could give you some words of encouragement but only you know what will make you happy and what's in your heart. Do what's right for YOU and no one else. Don't base decisions out of guilt...Don't do what is "supposed to be the right thing"...Do what you need to do and you will be happy. It might not be at first but you will get there.

Wyatt's party was a blast - he was tired for 2 days afterwards! I'll have to get some pics up of him with icing all over his face.

The new schedule is good, although I'm a little stressed right now b/c my body is NOT used to getting up at 6 am and I have less "me" time during the day, so the housework isn't getting done like it should, but I'm sure it will work itself out. This is only the first week, so I just need time to adjust.

The little doggie ("Chester") is doing great. He's almost 8 weeks old now and eats and drinks out of a bowl all by himself! His head is so big that sometimes he does a front flip when he leans down to eat. He's top heavy.

I'm hoping he'll be going to his new home soon.

Nat - where are you going in Sept? I wanna go!!!

We didnt even care if we win the finals ( that start next week) we just wanted to beat them and get them out of the playoffs!!!!

we feel like we already won the finals at this point just by beating them-if we lose the finals we're still all good!
