Yesterday was a gin and tonic day by 5 p.m. Big squeeze of lime and the SC heat pulls back for a bit. As do the looming bills.

I was more tempted by the thought of the pool. But i work at home and needed to get 11,000 parts degated, inspected and boxed.

I was a good girl, and got the job done. From 7 this morning til 6:30 tonight I got to sweat like a ??? in a room filled with rubber and cardboard. I took a break at 1 but instead of jumping in the pool I brought some watermelon out to the girls and wactched the show in the shade.

If tomorrow turns out to be as hot as today I might have to watch the snack-time show from the pool.
