I sure believe it might be wry neck. I would start her on the vitamins asap! She can't eat very well like this either. Are you in a position that you would be able to try to feed her and see how she does? Maybe try some moistened chick feed with the polyvisol added, or even something like yogurt or cottage cheese to get the extra vitamins in to her. Scrambled eggs are very good too???
I would see if she eats and drinks if you help her out and see how that goes until she gets better.
