Every, Any & All Tricks..

I steam them instead of boiling them. Then I put them in ice water until cool. The shells come off nice and easy.

Or you can let your eggs set at room temperature for a few days. Every day an egg is out of the refridgerator is equal to a week of aging.

We bring the water to a boil, add cold eggs and turn water off. Let sit for 17 minutes. Immediately move eggs to ice water bath. Replace water if warm. Leave eggs until they are cold. Peel under slow running water.

I've heard something similiar...bring water to raging boil. put eggs in, & then turn off water & put a lid on the pot..let them sit for about 20 mins & then into ice....i have yet to try this..

Again, the 2 methods i've been using haven't really been successful, but i will be putting these suggestions into practice..THANKS!
