I just found the chick that went 'missing' when I took all 11 of them out to have the house free of chickens.
She was stuck in the back between a 5gal bucket nest and a 20lbs metal feeder I do not use. I have no idea how long it's been since she passed or how long she suffered. All I can do is know she is in chicken heaven now.
I want everyone to check their coops for any possible crevice a chicken or chick can get stuck in, even if you think it's not possible like I did.
Check the coop tonight before it gets dark or tomorrow night!
