snickers you are on the wrong sight. Our chickens are a joy and the smell you speak of means someone is lazy. More research before buying chickens will make them a breeze.

If you can't handle a chicken please don't buy a dog or cat and definately no children.

hmmmm, you're right. Taking care of chicks is A LOT of work. It's a hassle. They do poop everywhere, including on their caregivers. And they kick bedding and poop into their food and water. They fight and fly and do all kinds of crazy things.

And gosh I love mine, every little second of it, I love them.

It's crazy, kind of like having kids, it makes absolutely no sense that anyone would want to do it, but it is so wonderful when you do

Personally, I would suggest that you DON'T get any chicks, clearly you are not cut out for this kind of thing.
