I thought where I had my coop and the setup was alright until it rained one day. I put the coop on the flatest part of my yard but didn't realize it was at the bottom of a small slope. So rainwater gushes into it. I walked in there this morning and the ground is soaked. There's mud everywhere. My yard is nothing but hills mostly. Surely I'm not the only one that has a problem with not having flat land. I'm getting depressed here y'all! I feel like I don't have the capability to take care of my birds. Can I see y'alls coops please? I'm trying to coming up with something different so my birds won't be at risk to get getting sick.

Here is mine. A bit snow covered but I only have water problems in the four corners where they like to dig. And under the coop when I wash it.

I like yours!! Was it really expensive? If you don't mind me asking.
My dad and I built it like 6 or 7 years ago. I was only 8. I think like $800-1200. I think the coop was $300-500. The highest point is 15 feet over a tree. This year I built a 12x12 pen for my pheasants. 8 feet high for $250
