Everyone's opinions, please!

if all else fails, my bator went out right in the middle of a hatch but i caught right when the powere started goin down and the ehat started to drop. i took a lil igloo playmate and apened the top, layed a piece of plxiglass acroos the top, put a spong in, set up a lamp above it and adjusted it until i got even temp. it held maybe seven.

3 options.

#1 Build a bator using a 12V heat source. Like a tail light bulb. PC fans are already 12V an most if not all thermostats will work with ether. Power it with a car battery an a battery charger. This is how I built my first bator.

#2 Power a normal foam bator with a power inverter, car battery an battery charger.

#3 Build or buy($400) a oil lamp powered incubator.
