Everyone's out of Sorts!

This week I have 1 dead chicken and 2 MIA, now the remaining 22 seem so out of sorts. A lot of pecking and feather picking going on, and chasing down certain chickens. Will it just take time to sort out the new chicken order or is the head Rooster missed too much??

Can you please post more information about your situation? It's hard to tease out what the problem may be. How old are your chicks, their housing situation, what the first chick died from, etc
