that dog looks so cute....he wouldn't hurt a fly...he never met a pit yet...id rather have a pit for a guard dog then a german shep

I don't really like German Shepherds, but I love Australian Shepherds!

experiance im not sure...people have been fighting this breed for hundreds of years even the government used the pit for watch on there
prison camps and used them to send messages during ww2, also they got there name from people putting bear/bulls in a pit and letting the dog
go against the large animal...you dont really hear much about the german shepard doing these things...or making the news...as a pit would because
they are more deadly then all breeds...very few dogs could stand face to face with a pit...especially a pit that is trained to only attack..
they put them on treadmills, give weight protein and they pull hundreds of pounds around all day conditioning these dogs..the stamina and jump and
not to mention the jaw strength that these dogs have are unreal...and if you get 150 pound pit against pretty much anything the pit will not stop...
i could get into great details about specifics but this is not the place...see most people get the k9 shepard because it is used by the police and
most of the people training these dogs are police and will recommend you this dog...because they are familiar with it...however i worked in a max
prison for two years so i do see what the shepards are capable of dont get me wrong..but when a shepard is hurt it runs away...when a pit
is hurt it only fuels the fire and they will not stop unless certain things happen to the dog...i guess it depends on the dog in general there
are alot of good types...even with the same breed there are good and bad...when it comes to protection i have seen alot more extensive training
with a pit rather then the shepard...but what do i no i only have four reccomendations from the secretary of the state of wisconsin for my service..
people are partial to what they no...i have only raised pits...but my hundred pound pit can rip off a tree brach thats six feet in the air, and
rip a tire in half and jump seven feet in the air and hang from his own weight for over a half an hour...well you can see where im going...im
partial to pit...just like you are partial to sheps....
