If I take it out the humidity will drop to 50, nobody else has external pips yet though. Would that be okay or should I just wait I out there's a good cm between the shell and the membrane at the moment, worried about shrink wrapping.Can you candle it and try to find the beak?

You'll need to tear that membrane soon cause that chick will suffocate and die.
