Everything okay?

Is this okay? Pipped at some point in the last 8 hours, movement and cheeping but it looks like they didn't make it through the membrane? Humidity was 70 last night, now it's 60

Can't see much through it at all, it's moving around but nothing that looks obviously beak like

If I take it out the humidity will drop to 50, nobody else has external pips yet though. Would that be okay or should I just wait I out there's a good cm between the shell and the membrane at the moment, worried about shrink wrapping.
This is the first egg we have hatched, can you tell?

Your humidity needs to be 65 to 70%. If that membrane dries that chick will have a hard time breaking through the membrane.

You'll need to tear that membrane soon cause that chick will suffocate and die.

It dropped overnight, wasn't sure if I could open to fix it since we had a pip

Left it alone and it did nothing all day, then at 8pm it decided now was the time and it zipped and hatched in 20 mins. Then ran around knocking around literally every other egg, before cuddling up to the other pipped egg for a nap
