I picked up some new chicks from Rural King the other day. Some are polish, some are silkies, and one is a buff orpington. I've had all of those before.
In addition, I got one "midnight majesty" chicken and two lavender orpingtons.
Do any of you have experience with either of these? I've had buff orpingtons many times and know they are very friendly. Do lavenders tend to be super friendly too?
I've read a bit and understand midnight majesties are some sort of marans mix, from what I can tell. Is that accurate? What does their temperament typically look like?
