Everywhere a chick, chick!

A hen of mine has hatched out 13 chicks in the past few days, and what did I do??

I bought MORE!

Okay, I don't plan on keeping all the 13, maybe one or two, as I have a lot of those, and a friend already asked for them anyway.

And I didn't plan on buying chicks either! Darn, farm store... and chicken math!

Well, at least I bought breeds I don't have!

5 Polish, and 2 I'm not sure? They're all bantams, and the unknown two have feathers on their legs. I'll have to get better pictures later.

(I did add some marbles to the water dish after I took these pictures!)

Are those White Crested Blue Polish, or White Crested Black?
Hard to say what the little gray one in the last pic is, but pretty color!!

Some look black, for sure, and some look lighter like maybe blue?
I love the little grey one!

I see you posted pics of their wings. Im very new to the chicken thing, what does that mean? I have a baby black silkie but the feathers on the wings arent as long , they are very short and uneven.

I just posted the wings to show how their color is turning out.
It depends on their age on how much wing is showing. Mine are about a week old.
