evrything that can go wrong with a hatch

share ur experiences here abotu wat has gone wrong and how they can be fixed i am have shrink wrapped chick to start things off

blown up egg in bator
shrinked wrapped
died while hatching
died the day of hatching
the day after
2 days
3 days and so on
1 week
2 weeks and so on

and now the clumsiness of me:

died when fan fell on chick
died when light fell on chick
died when waterer fell on chick
died when food container fell on chick
died while trapped in water tray for humidity
died while pincered between wall of bator and screen
accidentally stepped on escaping chick..died 3 days later

how can this be fixed you dare ask?

First hatch had too high of a humidity while Incubating. Corrected this by adjusting the amount of surface water in the pan during incubation. Second hatch had the right humidity but I was taking the eggs from the upper incubating shelf and setting the tray close to the bottom of the incubator so no one could fall through and get hurt. The temp at the bottom was three degrees below 99.5! 3 Chicks could not hatch out properly but eventually did and are alright but the remaining 3 eggs died before pipping! Now this is my third attempt in lock down. I have the humidity right. I have constructed a safer shelf that does not have to be lowered. My eggs are due to hatch tonight and are starting to seriously wiggle and peep this morning
