so we are for sure late on the cortunix... and as people have said, we opened two. Well, I made a perfect over easy egg over the course of the month.
What was that about?

We are now doing to use the Little Giant with egg turner. Screw this! UGH!
What a let down.
What did we do wrong -any ideas? some were very light and some that were heavy were nothing but undeveloped (at all) egg. Literally like I could have poured in a pan and made an over easy egg. ???
There was NO smell though...
