Ex battery chickens are limping

I hope someone can give me a bit of advice, I got 4 ex battery rescue hens from a charity and 3 of them are limping, one quite badly, this is my second batch of girls but I've not come across this before is there anything I should do?

Due to their background they may have very tender feet. Soft bedding, and lots of it, may help.

Weak leg muscles too. Maybe have their food and water close by. Good Luck.
