Ex-Battery Hen - any ideas on breed?

In short, any ideas what breed? Or how old?

Back story...

Today I found a nice home for 4 young cockerels that we hatched over summer, but whilst there, chicken maths got the better of me... introducing Suzie!

All I know is she is an ex battery hen. She has been moulting and went off laying, so she was abandoned.

She has mainly buff colouring but seems to have a darker neck and tail. She has a small lighter coloured crest, straight comb (not sure if that is the proper name) and grey legs.

Sorry they aren’t the best pictures as she is quite timid and is scared of us, which is quite sad.

Thank you... I’m so glad we did already! Just hope she integrates with the small flock we have already. I hope she will become more tame around us. She cowers when I go to stroke her and I really wonder if she has been abused but she can free range in our garden from here on

Ahh thank you, so that is a type of colouring (similar to golden birchen for example)?

That was the only thing that came to my mind. Yes I really think she will... but it doesn’t matter if she doesn’t... I’m here for the chicken love!
