What are you feeding them?
Try increasing protein to at least 18-20%, omit treats like scratch - give a little egg or a very small amount of leafy greens.
Since these are ex-batts, I would provide them with some poultry vitamins once a week too.

Do they have enough space?

I give them layers pellets and have been giving them egg they forage in the garden and are constantly eating bugs they find i keep them in a converted shed at night with perches i have 5 chickens in total
Ok thankyou ille try and give them some vitamins and increase there protein :)

Chickens will peck at each other especially if they were tightly confined at one time. I have found applying BlueKote to bare or bleeding areas stops the others from pecking. I think it's because of the color. You may try the BlueKote and be sure they have plenty of space. I like to supplement with 24% chick grower at times of stress (hard weather, heavy laying, injuries, etc) so you may want to try that as well. Good Luck! :fl
