Excellent hatch and poor hatch at the exact same time

I incubate in a sportsman 1502. It is excellent. I loose less the 1% during incubation When it comes time for hatch I put the turkey eggs in the hatching tray and bump the humidity to 60%. I place the duck eggs in an LG Temp is 99 humidity is 70 to 76% when they start hatching it might hit 80%. For my turkey eggs the past 2 weeks I have had 100% hatch. My ducks I am only getting about 65% hatch.
