excessive preening on duckling wings

hi does anyone know if this is funny looking thing on the wings is normal? i see they peck at themselves a lot but could they be feathering? not sure what to do or if this is normal (their brooding space is big they’re just huddling together btw)

no i don’t think so, i believe only two of them

It could be someone is messing with another or it’s just normal loosing of down, can you see anything coming in?

no but i also can’t really tell. how can i identify pin feather?

it could be new feathers coming in because their feather do feel a little stiff and it and my hand on one of them and at least one feather fell off. is that normal?
