Hey everyone!

Duck. Duck. I am a silly goose for adopting ducklings!
I ended up adopting two ducklings from a Tractor Supply Company in North Carolina. I do not know anything about ducks, honestly! I had always wanted one and finally had support family wise, finanically, and time wise, but I am completely clueless and need all the advice I can get! I got them Mid August of 2020. I found this website and had been all over it reading and researching raising ducks as pets. I cannot wait to be able to meet and learn from the members here!

What the flock was I thinking? Sorry, was that considered fowl language? And will my ducks hate me because I make "dad" jokes and puns way too often?

Thank you for your puns. They made me smile because they‘re channeling my thoughts about my chickens. I’m glad I’m not alone in feeling clueless!

Welcome to BYC! Ducks are amazing! We have 11. They are super fun until the pretend as they grow older that they don’t know you unless you have treats. We’ve got some pretty amazing duck experts here that are super helpful. Head over to the Duck Forum and enjoy the fellowship. ☑️
