I don't have a think sheet of anything, I looked this morning, lol. When Phil was roofing I had asked him to bring me some flashing (sp?) but he never did. I'll get one made yet, I just keep looking and eventually I'll find something that will work.

Good job! I procrastinate the culling myself. but finally I work up the courage to just go out there and get it done.

Do you have any empty bleach bottles or water jugs? Those will work to if the chickens aren't to big. The first ones we did a friend tied their feet and hung them from a tree branch and used a sharp knife to just cut the heads off and let them hang. Once they quit bleeding we blanched, plucked and gutted them. Was a lot easier than I thought it would be.
